How long will my order take to arrive?
All products are made to order. Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Will I receive my items in multiple packages?

RETURNS
Can I return my order?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect selections.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Each product page includes a complete list of compatible devices. Please verify your phone/eReader/earphone model before placing an order, as made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged for selecting the wrong device.
