Each item is made to order and produced specifically for you once your purchase is placed. This approach helps reduce waste and allows us to offer thoughtfully designed products created with care.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically require 1–5 business days for production before shipment. During periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–15 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Cosima Cultura is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

DELAYED, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

While we work with trusted production and shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

If your tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the shipping carrier directly. Cosima Cultura is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced and shipped from different facilities and therefore arrive on different dates.

RETURNS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Cosima Cultura, each item is made to order with care. Because products are created specifically for you once an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or for changes of mind.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly review the issue and, when approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

To submit a claim, please email our customer care team at CIAO@COSIMACULTURA.COM with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

In most cases, there is no need to return the item.

ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION

If the same issue affects multiple items in your order, we may request an additional photo or video showing all affected products together for verification purposes.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to collect a package, or other circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to offer a complimentary replacement. In these situations, a replacement order may be arranged at an additional cost.

PRINT & PRODUCTION VARIATIONS

Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations in print placement, color, and finish may occur. Minor production variances are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.
